Good rooms, strategic location, great breakfast. A sandy beach, perfect view. Very comfy beds, Wi-Fi, television and microwave were a nice touch. The staff were ready to help when needed. Swimming pool was good too...

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with cereal, muffins, eggs, bangers and hot waffles, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Covered swimming pool, glorious views. Walk from a bus station, within walking distance of the shops and supermarkets. Apart from that, kyoto international manga museum was 5 minutes' drive away. Outdoor bar was amazing and reasonably priced.
